My name is Bill Belian and I have lived in the beautiful Florida Keys for the past 28 years. I was very honored this year to be named the 2010 Realtor of the Year by the Florida Keys Board of Realtors.
I am an avid boater and fisherman and have a great knowledge of the both the land and waters of the Keys. I am a member of the Florida Keys Board or Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and Florida Association of Realtors, an affiliate of Christie's Great Estates. and member of Luxury Marketing.
I am involved in community causes including local mentally challenged citizens and feeding the homeless, and I am also involved in a variety of church programs, including working with teens.
I have long been a volunteer for the South Florida Center for the Arts and for Islamorada Community Entertainment (ICE). I was recently given the 2009 Community Service Award by the Board of Realtors.
What does all this have to do with real estate? Because I am so active not only in the community but also with the many other associations I am affiliated with, I can better serve and market your home accordingly!
